You start at the front counter. You learn intake, customer service, the rhythm of the shop. Then over time you gain exposure to operations, customer experience, production management, quality control, team coordination, and business management.
We are looking for the type of person who naturally takes ownership, solves problems, and looks for ways to improve how things work. Someone who wants to grow with a small business and eventually help lead it.
